Introducing the Sake Supper Club! A collaborative dinner hosted by Wetlands Sake. Featuring a sumptuous dinner and a selection of sakes to pair.
Join us for our first Supper Club featuring Torch Bae! Chef is known for his creative and elegant sushi buffets - as much a visual experience as a culinary experience! Watch as the buffet is assembled while you sip on sake and enjoy appetizers.
The dinner will feature up to 8 inventive rolls
in his signature buffet presentation, along with a series of small plate apps. A flight of sake, which includes four different sakes
, is included in your ticket price. Don't miss this exclusive experience, tickets are limited!

- This experience is 21+. Valid ID required for entry.
- Tax and Gratuity included in the price (there's an opportunity to add additional gratuity on the checkout page)
- Seating will be communal style - please email us if you have multiple people purchasing tickets separately and you want to sit together, events@wetlandssake.com
- Dietary information: Due to the nature of the dinner we are not able to make any dietary accommodations. Please be advised that the meal is NOT gluten or dairy free (dairy is limited to certain rolls and will not be present in every item)
- The meal will include seafood but no other meat will be present
